Alan Keane is a full time artist and tutor. He runs a weekly offline version of this course in the historic United Arts Club in Dublin Ireland as well as private classes during the week in his Studio.

Alan's artistic career has focussed on portraiture because of its challenging nature. "The quest for a perfect likeness has always been an obsession not just because I’m a perfectionist at heart, but because the slightest error in portraying the unique characteristics of an individual renders the work simply ‘un-characteristic’ and therefore disappoints the recipient who often cannot identify where the error lies, they know it’s just ‘not them’. The technique I’ve perfected is more akin to the art of sculpting rather than drawing. I love to share my passion and enthusiasm for my technique". When does the course start and finish?
The course starts immediately with Module 1 and ends six week later. It replicates the offline course which is two hours per week for six weeks. This gives you ample time to follow and do the two hours each week following Alan's video lectures and sending in your work each week. You may opt to have immediate access to all if you intend to work at a faster pace.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
